Are these palettes Cruelty-Free?

Yes. SheerBite products are cruelty free, and not tested on animals!

 

Are these palettes Gluten-Free?

SheerBite provides a comprehensive ingredients list with every palette sent to maintain transparency with consumers on our product. SheerBite cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment.

 

Are these eyeshadow palettes safe?

All SheerBite eyeshadow palettes are made in compliance with The United States FDA Standards and the European Union Standards for eye cosmetic safety. 

 

What Payment Options are accepted?

 SheerBite accepts Paypal and credit cards (e.g., Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

 SheerBite will collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Maryland.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Once an order is placed and processed for shipping customers will be sent a confirmation email with all information their order. Orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed that day and shipped as soon as possible.  

 

How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed and processed for shipping customers will be sent a confirmation email with all information on their order. It is then in the hands of the mail carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) to scan and update tracking information, available for access on their respective websites.

 

My order is taking forever?

Once we hand off the order to the mail carrier it is no longer in our hands and often times postal or customs delays can cause setbacks. Keep an eye on your tracking number to see where your package is. 

 

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order is placed, our system and team process it immediately. Given our efforts to ensure orders are processed efficiently and on-time, changes cannot be made to existing orders.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary by location the shipment will be sent to. Flat rate fees are in place for both domestic orders, as well shipment to certain  international locations. 

Why is my shipping that amount?

As an online only retailer we know shipping can be burdensome and have gone to great lengths to ensure we do what is best for our customers. SheerBite has worked diligently to get you the best possible shipping rate available for your region of the world.

 

What countries does SheerBite ship to?

At this time SheerBite will ships to the continental United States. We are however happy to work with all of you and can ship internationally, just contact us.

 

Who is responsible for customs and duties?

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for payment of any such costs or fees.

SheerBite is not responsible for customs regulations in your country of origin. Please contact your local customs office to speak to a representative that will be able to help you further.

My item got lost or stolen in transit, what should I do?

SheerBite is not responsible items lost or stolen during shipment.  All such claims must be handled through the delivery courier utilizing the shipping details related to your purchase.

 

What is the return and exchange policy?

All sales on eyeshadow palettes are final. SheerBite will accept exchanges for damaged goods only if you notify SheerBite of the damage within 10 days of receiving the damaged product(s).  The 10 day period is calculated exclusively utilizing the delivery courier’s recorded delivery date. The entirety of any damaged goods must be returned back to us in order for the exchange process to occur.  No damaged goods claims will be processed if any portion of the palette is missing or removed. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will send a replacement palette.

 

NOTE: All exchanges are dependent on availability of product. SheerBite is an independent operation releasing limited runs of unique and one-of-a-kind eyeshadow palettes. If an exchange is requested for a palette which is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund pursuant to the exchange process in the preceding paragraph.

 

When will palettes be restocked?

The fun of SheerBite eyeshadow palettes is how unique they are. Once we take you to one palette destination our adventure continues on to a new part of the world! Unfortunately, that means once a getaway sells out we will not be returning to that location. Don’t worry though, we’re always headed somewhere new and beautiful for you to join us on!

 

Are these palettes sold in other online or physical stores?

The ONLY place to buy official SheerBite palettes with our unique formula and design is on our website!  

I saw your palette on another website?

The official SheerBite website is the only location where you can purchase our unique palettes. If you see our palette’s being sold elsewhere, it is either a counterfeit product or an unauthorized resale from product another consumer previously purchased from us.  Unauthorized resales may be of stale products or may have been tampered with, and we therefore offer no exchanges or freshness warranties for second-hand purchased Sheerbite products. .

 

The SheerBite team appreciates your support and if our customers see any counterfeit products they can report them directly to us via our contact page.

  • Identity of the retailer selling the product;

  • Product being sold;

  • Packaging details (images, ingredients, etc)

Can I be added to your PR list?

SheerBite is a small business operated and run by two female entrepreneurs and does not currently have a PR list. We also do not offer any free samples at this time. However, we do thank all influencers, bloggers, and users on social media who choose to share their experience with our product!
